Hi All, 

Just wanted to give you a heads up about all of the new products that I will have in the store at Sweet Shoppe Designs this coming Saturday (May 17th).  I will be releasing 2 BRAND new kits as well as a BRAND new collaborative kit with another designer at SSD.  Also... I will be re-releasing Envision (which is a beautiful kit with soft and lovely colors!). 

Each kit that I am releasing will have a coordinating quickpage album to go with it.  And if you purchase the kit during the first week of release you will receive the quickpage album to go with it.  What a fabulous deal!  All of my albums this week are designed to work with the Maya Road Chipboard Albums we have for sale in the shop.  Want to try a little hybrid scrapping?  Then this is the deal for you!  I have personally started one and it is soooooooo much fun!  And I can tell you that I am not a crafty person in the least.  I am artistic but not crafty (no matter how hard I try!).  So if I can do it -- I KNOW you can too!

News to share with you...

I thought I would post quickly to let you in on some news I have been keeping secret for a few weeks now.  Go to this page and look for my name and picture (and then YOU will be in the know, too).   My photo is in the designer section (bottom right).  CLICK HERE to find out more!!  There were only 3 designers taken during their recent designer call and I was THRILLED beyond belief!  I feel so happy and privileged to be among such talented designers.

May is almost upon us... which means we need a new FREEBIE desktop calendar!

Yep!  May is only a couple days away!  Time has really flown this year. The desktop calendar this month uses my popular kit Good Morning Sunshine.  I thought the bright colors would liven up your desktop.  They say that April Showers bring May Flowers and let me tell you... we have had enough rain in May where I am EXPECTING some gorgeous flowers!!  LOL

Again this month I was assisted in the making of the desktop calendars by my good friend Bannerwoman and I think she did an awesome job!  She made the 3 sizes that I wanted so that you will have a size that works for the resolution of your monitor.  Every month I personalize 2 different sizes to accommodate all of the computers in our household.  I am still trying to decide who will be featured on this month's calendar.  My kids like to argue about who's turn it is to be on the calendar.  If they get snotty I put a picture of our doggy instead!  LOL
